The product uses a high-quality PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayer to bond two or more layers of glass. Upon impact, glass fragments adhere firmly to the PVB film, preventing them from scattering and causing injury. Compared to ordinary tempered glass, its impact resistance is increased by approximately 30%. This structure also effectively blocks over 99% of ultraviolet rays, protecting occupants and the vehicle's interior.
Advanced hot bending furnace and mold technology ensure that the glass curvature precisely matches the window frame curves of various vehicle types (sedans, SUVs, buses, trucks, and construction machinery). The minimum bending radius can reach R400mm, and the maximum processing size can reach 2440mm x 4200mm, enabling seamless installation for both OEM parts and aftermarket replacements.
The screen printing uses high-temperature resistant inorganic glaze, which is sintered to fuse with the glass surface, making it acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. Colors and patterns remain stable and do not fade over time. It can be used to print black edge masking adhesive, decorative stripes, brand logos, rain sensor areas, or heating wire circuits.
The laminated structure, combined with reinforced edge treatment, enables the product to withstand extreme temperature variations (-40°C to +85°C), road debris impacts, and severe weather (hail, heavy rain). Simultaneously, it maintains excellent optical transmittance, ensuring a clear driver's field of vision and meeting the stringent optical distortion requirements of HUDs (Head-Up Displays).
