The insulating strips are made from PA66GF25 material, which offers excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and aging resistance. Its coefficient of linear expansion closely matches that of the aluminum profiles, ensuring a tight, secure bond that prevents loosening or detachment over time, thereby guaranteeing the long-term stability of the thermal-break structure.
The sealing system utilizes EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) rubber strips. EPDM offers exceptional resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and temperature extremes, ensuring the material does not easily age or crack under prolonged exposure to sun and rain. Combined with a multi-layer sealing design, it effectively blocks wind and rain infiltration while enhancing overall sound insulation.
Two load-bearing configurations are available: bottom-load and top-load. The bottom-load system features a track at the base for a stable structure, ideal for large, heavy door panels. The top-load system conceals the track at the top, eliminating floor obstructions for a clean aesthetic and easy cleaning. Users can choose the system that best suits their door opening dimensions and specific application needs.
The track is made of stainless steel and paired with precision-cast 304 stainless steel rollers for a perfect fit. Each roller supports up to 180 kg, meeting the requirements for heavy-duty door panels.
