Smart Glass is a state of the art laminated glass with a liquid crystal PDLC interlayer sandwiched between two sheets of glass. PDLC/LC/LCD material electrochromic film (polymer dispersed liquid crystal film) which is a kind of high-tech product can switch from transparent to opaque instantaneously under electricity application. It is transparent when power on and it is opaque when power off. It can be regulated and adjusted the light transmittance pass through the film by electricity supply.

 

Smart glass adds a layer of PDLC film between two pieces of glass.Smart film can adjust light under electric pressure to switch between transparent and mist, and meet the double requirements of glass on penetrability and privacy protection which are the most functional feature of PDLC film; it can guarantee adequate lighting even when it’s not transparent, warm in winter and cool in summer.
