Insulated glass is made of two or more pieces of glass panels, bonded with spacer filled with desiccant and sealed with buytl sealant and silicone sealant to create closed insulated space.

We have advanced Bystronic IGU line which achieves decoating, cleaning,bonding,argon filling and sealing in the streamline. Auto bending makes only one connecting joint and optimizes the sealing.  Triple insulated and online argon filled glass are available, gas filling rate could be more than 90%.
