1. Product Description

In TCO coating, a thin film of transparent conductive oxilde is plated on the ultra clear substrate glass by chemical or physical means. A variety of oxides can be utilized as TCO coating material, such as In, Sn, Zn or the compound of these oxides.

Depending on the advanced pioneering TCO technology in our production, TCO tempered glass own unique properties, such as high transmittance, high conductitity and so on.

 

2. Applications

This product is widely used in the fields such as high buildings, screen wall, ceiling, elevated floor, high grade curtain wall, jewelry shops, schools and villas, high-rise buildings, sightseeing elevator, shopping malls hotels revolving door, interior decoration, banks, jewelry stores. 

With the development of photovoltaic industry  and owing to the unique physical and chemical properties of this tempered glass, nowadays, it has been adopted in solar products, such as solar photovoltaic cell, solar panel etc.

 

3. Main features

1). Outstanding performance of wind-resistance and thermal shock resistance.

2). Bear sudden temperature change in range of more than 200 centigrade degree.

3). High hardness: 4-5 times harder than ordinary float glass.
