Self-cleaning glass is obtained by coating a nano-scale TiO2 film on the surface of top quality float glass through Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) techinique. The glass surface is hydrophilic, hence rainwater spreads evenly and washes out drit. Further, the glass coating, under the action of solar UV, breaks down organic drit attached to its surface and this will be washed away by rainwater.

1). Paper/styrofoam/cork/PE foam between glasses, plastic corner is optional.
2). Plastic bag outside the glass. There is desiccant inside the plastic bag.
3). Iron/plastic belt for consolidation
